Question: What is your favourite cheese?

This is a seriously difficult question to answer and depends on a lot of variables. For example if I had to choose one cheese I could only eat from now on it would be mature cheddar. The reason is I could utilise it in most culinary situations. However, if the cheese is to be eaten on its own it has to either be a form of Stilton and Wensleydale with fruit in or Jarlsberg. If you have made it this far in life without sampling these cheeses you should definitely treat yourself to some.
